You may be interested in new guidelines (from the American college of Gastroenterology) for the diagnosis and management of coeliac (or celiac as they say)

woops sorry for the delay in getting back. As far as I can see the British Society for Gastroenterology guidelines are from 2010

And NICE guidance is from 2009

As is often the case the USA are at the forefront of research, but the UK will catch up I'm sure.
