Narrow angles and cataract surgery

I need this for eye pressures iridotomy didn't get them down enough and have mild cataracts. I need to know if most nhs surgeons are good at narrow angles. I read it's harder to operate on these eyes, and I am hoping find best nhs surgeon I can. If I could go private there's some but too expensive. Any recommendations please west midlands or close
