Good morning all ….. has anyone been prescribed Lotacryn lantanoprost drops .. ? they are preservative free .fairly new drops came out in April 24 …. I was was given them instead of monopost ..a few weeks ago (cheaper cost )

I found them bit awkward to use they have a pump to release the meds .. but my side effects seemed to disappear. Overnight . I ve now been given monopost from my new GP but side effects came back .. they do have different ingredients in

Hi Carol. This is very interesting to hear that you had side effects with the monopost but not the lotacryn. We have had a couple of callers to the helpline who have used lotacryn. You could ask your pharmacist if you could have this specific drop in future? I'm sure this wouldn't be an issue.

Just an update Got Lotarcyn on repeat now from my doctor .. as far as my side affects with the Monopost tried telling me I must have had the virus going around .. I told them definitely not ! It’s so hard to get someone to listen but i know my own body .. .
