Weakness in hands due to Fibromyalgia

Thank you for all of you that have shared a piece of your life and struggles. It gives me hope. I will start thing of my self as a warrior as of today. No more feeling sorry for myself.

I have had fibromyalgia for ten years.

Please share with me what utensils or ideas make it easier to cook. I have the electric can opener and battery powered jar opener. Chopping veggies is hardwork. Bending to load and unload dishwasher is painful.

Thank you all for helping in a way doctors and specialists have not helped. Take care.

I must admit I buy frozen prepared veg. My hands really struggle with chopping etc. Also there is less waste
