Though I can't answer your question, if you put ' cannabis' in the search box above, you will find numerous answers already posted. Be aware that cannabis interferes with heart medications and some say can even cause heart problems.

FND sadly leaves us, in our frustration and despair with no option but to explore all avenues.

Hi, Medical Marijuana is a wide subject. In general the answer is yes, it definitely helps me and it is not toxic like medications. First of all it is good to have a qualified doctor, as some doctors, who prescribe Marijuana are lacking knowledge. Doctor should advise you which type indica or sativa( or both ) suits your needs best. Apart from those two types, which are much different from each other, there are so many different strains, each can give different benefits in your therapy. There are also different cannabinoids THC, CBD, CBG etc. I am not a doctor but it is really important to add CBD to THC, as CBD minimalizes any possible side effects of using THC and gives it's own benefits. But again, proffesional doctor should advise you on what type and strain is best for you. In general indicas will calm you down, they are anti-anxiety drug, and they are great painkillers. Some of them give "couch lock " effect. Sativas usually have great anti-depressive effect, can make you lough even if you are through a nightmare. They can also give you some energy. Each strain never mind sativa or indica is different, so your doctor probably will give you some choice regarding specific strain.

I personaly use two strains( mainly them as long as they are available in pharmacy ). I use them 50/50 %. First is balanced sativa and indica mix 8%thc and 8%cbd. The other one is 65% indica/35% sativa with 22% thc and only 1 % cbd or 95% indica strain 20%thc instead. Marijuana will not make FND dissapear, but it gives me a lot of benefits. It's a great painkiller, works for so many pains and aches, it calms me down which is important as I was born furious. My movement is a bit better, not too much but a bit better. It also improves my sleep and mood.

Hopefully it will work for you well, if your doctor believes it is good for you to try it. I wish you the best. Any questions, feel free to ask.

Take good care of yourself.
