Yesterday was a good day all round from seeing my manager to staff and residents, but today I feel dizzy and head swimming and just want to sleep ,why can't this thing give me a break even a couple of days .

I hear you. Please get your GP to refer you to a reputable balance centre so you can find out why you're dizzy and get appropriate treatment.
Sadly the good day took your energy away.. less able to cope today. Stimulation… is it your vagus nerve?
