Hope you all have a lovely Christmas

Just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy and healthier New Year.

Remember to pace yourself, have some "me" time, ask for help if needed from family and just enjoy the precious time together with family and friends.

We are going to visit my other son on a very long flight, so thinking now what sensory aids do I need to pack.

Thank you and you too. 🎄It’s taken me a few years to get used to pacing things out but now I do and I enjoy the season so much more.

All the best for a symptom free Xmas for your son and a 'duty free' time for his mum ... allow yourself to lay down your arms whilst you are away .. I'm sure the call is not in danger of going away any time soon. Thanks for your input over the year. Cheers

Your welcome, anything I learn I will share. Haven't attended any live classes because of life but hopefully get your more nuggets in 2025. Bought a weighted lap blanket but he didn't want it (and although only 3kg decided not to put in hand luggage. Maybe best for car travel.

I’ve got one of those I didn’t like it either! Good idea for in car though 👍
