Joint pain

Does anyone else suffer joint pain? I have had a blood test for rheumatoid arthritis but as will all the tests I have had since being diagnosed with FND it came back normal. Any tips to help with pain?

I do yes and I found a combination of two different vitamins supplements completely remove mine. I use a B complex which stops this tingling in my hands and helps my sleep and I use a vitamin D3 supplement (400ui) which is completely removes my nerve knee pain. I take vitamin D3 but vitB12 my GP said to stop taking so I will get some more and start again, what harm can it do. My knees and back hurt so much I will try anything😀 Thank you 👍

Mine is part of B 50 complex which I found helpful don't know if that makes difference x praying it settles down for you (:

I do have joint pain and stiffness in hands, ankles feet. I will follow the suggestions for B-Complex. Am taking vit D 3 as my level was 17, which is very low.

i have arthritis in my lower back down to my ankles so i go swimming which help to ease the pain in my hips , as form the rest i use freeze gel which i buy locally on my knees and ankles .

try taking cod liver oil tablets or pro active drinks they helped me .
