Hi.

Well seriously feeling low. Some may of seen my previous post. Yesterday saw the Neuro again and now being referred to a Neuropsychiatrist after all these years, here we go again!

Hey, I hope you are feeling a bit better now and dont have to wait too long for neuropsych.

I am waiting to see them too and look forward to some support with this because some days its really hard to deal with. Am I missing something?

Thank you Mel, I am hoping it is support and not another fob off. Sorry many many years of been messed about has just left me down. I hope you find help with them or at least reassurances. Take care Sharon xx

Though I don't have this FND, I really think it is an excuse by lazy neurologists who can't be bothered to spend time trying to ascertain exactly what is wrong with the patient. I was actually told this by a neuro, that if his patient tests negative for the first two preliminary tests, they probably have FND and he won't be wasting his time trying to find out anything else about them. I was shocked, being of the old school, myself, but that is what hundreds of people who go to the doctor for help are being told.
