Yes I have bladder cancer and also skin cancer.

Yes. Prostate cancer treated with Brachytherapy (radioactive seeds) six years ago, renal cancer causing loss of one kidney, ureter and bladder cuff just a year ago and bladder cancer two months ago and am currently taking an eight week shot of BCG. Oh, was just diagnosed with squamous cell cancer on tip of my nose. Wife calls me a serial cancer guy. Oh yeah, had soft tissue sarcoma 35 years ago but some surgery, radiation and some aggressive chemo (in a clinical trial) got me through that battle. Now I wonder what's next for this almost 80 year old guy.

Last December I had a tumour removed from my bladder, unfortunately they could not get it all away as it had gone through the bladder wall and into the muscle, this caused secondaries to lodge in my lungs. They treaded the bladder first with 20 sessions of Radiotherapy which finished 7 weeks ago, I was then scanned which showed that there was further growth on my lungs, I have now started on a series of Chemotherapy with block 1 ending early to mid June at which time I will be scanned again, it is a waiting game if the first block of chemo has worked I will start another 9 week Chemotherapy session. Still praying for good news in June. I am receiving excellent care at the Belfast Cancer Center the staff are wonderful and caring. Hope and pray you get good news soon.
