Very sorry to hear that. I hope your mother gets the best treatment possible.
I had my bladder and prostate removed along with 7 lymph nodes,my cancer has spread to a few lymph nodes ,one up near the lungs.I am hoping the chemo can kill that one. They do have a variety of treatments available, dont give up yet.Hugs to your mum.
Hi Rayd
It had spread to a few of the nodes they removed, this is why they have me on chemo now, the scan they used to check my lymph nodes was called a PET scan which apparently picks up cancer cells better than a CT or MRI. They found a few suspect nodes up near my lungs, but they said that they could be the result of an infection, after my chemo i will go back for another scan to recheck if im clear or not.
