Been a while since posting but have been busy with a number of summer projects. The first piece of news is about Parkin, a tumor suppressor protein, that when reintroduced to PCa resulted in smaller tumors and decreased metastasis-see below:

Next, at Monash University, the largest living tumor library is established to advance testing of treatments for PCa:

VERU-111, a drug that I have been following for some time (now called Sabizabulin) has shown real promise against MCRPC in earlier trials by decreasing PSA and slowing disease progression-see below:

Lastly, new developments to enhance activity of CAR-T. Are we getting closer to CAR-T as a significant treatment for solid tumors? I do believe so....
