New Target for Neuro Endocrine Prostate Cancer and does your circadian rhythm matter??

Greetings,

A new mRNA target for NEPC was discovered in Australia (Oz) for NEPC development. The study revealed that a particular molecule, microRNA 'miR-194', can enhance this plasticity in prostate cancer, leading to the emergence of NEPC. Targeting that molecule led to inhibiting growth and development of NEPC.

Can they use this target for development of an mRNA vaccine to prevent NEPC or slow it down dramatically?? The plot thickens in a good way...

For years, Scientists have been concerned on how your circadian rhythm effects your health. A study funded by the PCF shows that the clock gene CRY-1 is at higher levels in aggressive cancers and may play a role in blocking damage to cancer cells. from the article:

Well Sir Nal. You're doing a pretty admirable job of extracting time, and expect to be looking for your posts in 30 years time. Maybe it's time to revisit the tumor microenvironment pH to keep the buggers down. Cheers...

We have discussed this on your prior posts and it is why , like you, I believe that keeping cells senescent is so important. I take senolytics and try and do the healthy life style living things like diet, exercise, etc... The scientific development is happening so fast. With vaccines from my prior posts getting immune system responses that last, we may see a vaccine become a part of early treatment with an increase in PSADT and overall survival. Thanks for the reply...

I take Optimized Resveratrol which has Quercetin, Fisetin, Trans-resveratrol and other goodies made by LE, and chamomile capsules, red wine daily, celery, parsley and oregano in my Italian Seasoning at Breakfast for Apigenin...I take green tea daily individually plus Kombucha...I feel that is enough, but looking for a Naturopath to do Lisanti protocol for CTC's on a 4 month basis...

What do both of you think about Ouabain?

For me, it is something I would not use as my heart rate runs low on metoprolol--50's-low 60's... I have a good EF and wouldn't mess with it....see below:

Just my 2 cents....
