This is more than 'promising' - at over 70% this is a success

Yes, it is incredible...achieving erection after nothing for 12 years...

I will be on this forum now and posting my Science here... The other forum lost several solid science contributors....trying to bring them over here... The other site only has room for one person and he is a huge narcissist and the Administrator sanctions others who disagree with him, but never him...

Recently, he tried to jump on the SBRT for Oligometastatic PCa train..after deleting many of his responses to others...Narcissism in action... he is never wrong...

All the best,

Don Pescado

I get it. Thanks for enlightening me on the forum dynamics

Hi, I’ve been pursuing this for a few months now...just in the USA. There must be someone who specializes in our type of cases who has picked up on this, but to date, I haven’t found the exact same approach; Cleveland Clinic offers a sural nerve graft during the RP surgery, link: my.clevelandclinic.org/heal...

And there’s a plastic surgery group in New Jersey that also does something similar...link: advancedreconstruction.com/...

I am working with my urologist on this, and he’s been researching this also...but so far, we haven’t been able to get to the right doctors to talk with about it. I’d love to see a lot more input on this site about this subject...I sense that most of us would be extremely happy to get rid of the bi/trimix injections.

Indeed... how many men look forward to sticking a needle into the penis?? All I can say is.... I am not volunteering for that mission....

Thanks for putting out that info...sadly, "Nerve sparing" procedures are not that "sparing" and way more men end up with ED post RP than is accurately known ... I believe the numbers are incorrect because no one talks about it.... ED sucks and most of us with wives are of an age that we accept this and move on...At least an answer is coming...

At 55, and married also, but I can’t just accept the ED...I have to keep searching for a solution as much as I’m searching for a cure from the mcrpc. In my mind, the two go hand in hand

We must all "fight on"... Sorry you are facing MCRPC... and at 55 as well... I found at diagnosis that exercise, diet changes, and supplements have made a huge difference in my overall wellbeing...

Read your profile.....WOW !! You survived Colon Cancer, Melanoma, and Renal cancer... Have you had genetic testing?? You are a Warrior, Sir...Since Erleada is working for you, did they look at SBRT for your mets on Axumin scan... I had that and my MO at Cleveland Clinic was not a "fan" at first, but he is "on board" now... Studies have shown SBRT can delay disease progression... consider it if you have not had this done..

Best of luck,

CRK2 posted some info for US above...I think we will see more get on board and soon.... because of the humane aspect of medicine? No !! ED is big money... Hoping we will see several surgical site options within the next year...

Well, I've added this "Fight Prostate Cancer" to my hub of communities. Look forward to more learning from this group. I think I can guess who drove you to jump off the other PCa forum. I meet with my URO today (hoping for my 3rd PSA of <0.007 since RRP last Oct), I will ask about "sural nerve from the leg and graft it to the side of the larger femoral nerve in the thigh" surgery.

Welcome to FPC forum... as a "newbie" here I will be trying to put things on here that appeal to the vast majority with PCa.....some will be more APC oriented... Later today, I will be adding some other "news"..

Congratulations on your PSA score... May it stay this low forever...

I go to Cleveland Clinic and they measure down to less than 0.03.... I get other labs at Life Extension when I need to go outside my MD--things like Estradiol, Prolactin, DHT, SBHG, DHEA, etc...Life Extension has an annual 50% off sale and that is when I stock up...

I could have stayed at the other forum, but the Admin over there runs interference for the narcissist... It was time to go... I am a "lurker" there now...

They lost several people that posted there....all because of him... Is the suppression of knowledge to protect a narcissist bully worth it? Not in my opinion...

Be well,

Don Pescado
