Second chance of Salvage Radiation.

After prostatectomy in 2010 and Salvage Radiation to (prostate bed only) in 2017, both have failed.

At present my PSA is 0.054.

Age 64. PSA at dx was 8.37. PT3ANOMO Gleason score 3+4=7. PSA at SRT was 0.251.

Can I take another chance of salvage radiation and get my whole pubic area radiated, minus the prostate bed?

Your views and experience is requested please.

Regards.

I don't think doctors would radiate the same area twice. At this point ADT drugs would be the way to go.
