Had to look it up myself as my OH who has Prostate Cancer thought he knew what it was so we checked. Basically its another description of an enlarged prostate gland - nhs.uk/conditions/Prostate-...

BPH means Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. Hyperplasia means it's grown large. Benign means it's non cancerous, (not malignant). It can be treated with alpha-blockers or if it seriously blocks urination surgery. Transurethral prostatectomy removes part of the prostate gland, but doesn't remove the capsule.
