I have have my Duloxetine increased from 40-60mg

Hi a couple of days ago I had my meds increased from 40 to 60 mg of Duloxetine, Does anybody know if I will get side effects again, I did when I first started, and how long it takes for the extra dose to kick in to feel the benefits.many thanks Joyce

I don't expect you will get much more in the way of side effects, tho' you may notice a slight increase in sedation.

The benefits will probably kick in during the next week. Hope you feel much better with the extra dose!

Thanks for your reply, I have had a bad day today, and I am thinking that it is the extra medication,but I only had them increased on Friday, so it was probably just a bad day.
