Nefopam

Has anyone taken this drug and if so does it help ive been taking this for a week

It says on the box take one or two three times a day i took two and gave me stabbing pains

Im the top of my head NOT nice so now i take one twice a day and wondered if anyone else did

Nefopam/Acupan is an interesting drug for Fibro as it's not only a non-opioid painkiller, but it seems to boost dopamine as well. I haven't taken it myself but I know people it has helped.

As with all medications and Fibro, it may be necessary to start on a low dose and gradually build it up to avoid or limit side effects. Is "one or two three times a day" all the advice your doctor gave on prescribing them?

I take nefopam everydsy , my doctor has upped them to 60 x 3 times a day , I take 60mg twice a day but when flareing 3 times . I was on tramadol but they didnt do anything , the nefopam take the edge of slightly x

Yes tried this unfortunately did not help and quite expensive x
