... finally got to see ma dermatologist last week,she was very nice and of course I had no rash to show her ,she thinks my nervious system is overkeyed and she suggested upping my amitryptiline and she would also refer me to one of the dermatologists at York hospital to havew me try ultra light treatment

apparently you stand in what I believe to be a form of cubicle and hold onto some grip like handles and the treatment is supposed to help so god knows how long I will have to wait for that ,ass York hosp takes forever with things, but I try to ignore the itching as much as I can but it is hard....oh and she also prescribed me some cream called dermac a aqueous cream with menthol to use as often as poss... I have only just got it as my g.p forgot to do the prescribing of it on her instruction!

Oh thank goodness you have had some help the light cubicle sounds quite nice.... I hope you get it sooner rather than later..and I hope the cream helps

cheers all!, I think I am jinxed have to see g.p again tomorrow as I have got something in a cut on my finger and it has become all red hot and swollen and throbbing like hell! kept me awake last night but the g.p was full up today,so I have to go tomorrow,it might have fell off by then!
