help me understand

hi ive been diagnosed today with fibromyalgia after years of suffering, can anyone advise me on this illness as im still very much in the dark.

Hello Nigel welcome to the site it is the best around with lots of useful info and really friendly folk. I was unaware just howmany people suffered from Fibro a bit scarey but we manage though as you will know already it is a roller coaster of pain. Looking forward to your blogs take care xgins
