I had my home visit last week and the Dr who came said that his report would take a week to be processed by ATOS and then the DWP would reply in about 3 weeks. He told me that if I haven't heard by 3rd week April I should start chasing it up.
Don't know if this helps. I am applying for DLA but don't knowwhat benefit you're applying for, so it may be different.
