I survived ...

I have just finished a 4 week placement for University, and at the beginning I thought there was no way that I could possibly do it, with suffering from back, neck & shoulder pain.

I was surprised how accommodating the staff were at my placement - allowing me to take regular breaks, avoiding lifting or pushing heavy wheel chairs etc.

I must say that I was in agony throughout the 4 weeks as I was working shifts, mostly back shifts straight on to early shifts! This made me exhausted which made my pain worse & I am still suffering .. However I am sooooo pleased that I completed my placement with only 1 day off!
