i have got a club foot should i be able to get ESA or DLA?

its not about what you have hun its about how this effects you. So if you cat walk far and have great pain then yes but if you go on benefits and work website they have a tester form which will give you more idea . Good luck x

Hey thank-you for replying bk and my foot affects me everyday even just walking to the bus gives me alot of pain and now also my foot and toes keep swelling up as well

I guess that these days if you have both legs and arms missing they will think you are a benefit fraud!

You should make a claim there is nothing to lose. Like ha been said its not what you have it's how it effects you.

hey thank you and i have recieved a letter today confirming that i can get esa. I just need to wait to see what happens next.
