sounds very much like fibro fog many of us suffer with this it is part of our condition i find writing lists of things i need to remember and also try to practice meditating daily as the more i get stressed about it the worse it gets i also try to make a joke about it cause from the outside it must look hilarious. some days it gets to me and then i come on here and find its normal for us fibromites. sorry i cant be of more help but i'm quite sure others members on our site have some more suggestions.

Hello there Stoker, sorry to hear you are going through this at the moment. It's probably Fibro Fog which can make us feel really displaced and forgetful at times. Our concentration can be affected along with our memory etc.

It might be worth having a chat with your GP about this to ensure that nothing else is causing these symptoms and this will reassure you too. At the same time your GP can have a look at your meds to see if they need reviewing.
