i overdid the walking this week and woke up today with aching arms and shoulders

how weird , yes my legs and hips ached but they do anyway but no major bitchfest

i wonder what tomorrow will bring hmmmm

ahh thats what it must be all the power walking

maybe i need a lighter handbag , i have a new 1 but think i had best check out if there is anything more suitable( any excuse will do )

actually it may have been pushing my Grandson in his pushchair , i forgot about that , including pushing it empty when hubby came to pick us up and we couldn't fold it down doh !!
