My daughter found this and sent it to me. I cannot get to the end without crying. Its just perect.

You were there for me when times were hard

Your advice is always listened to

Sounds like you have a wonderful daughter,i have 2 daughters and i pray they don't inherit my illness's as i did from my own mum.Now i know how much pain she was in bless her.

What a lovely poem... I have 2 daughters...1 who i am in close contact with, she has a 1 year old daughter herself, and her younger sister who has nothing to do with me as she hates my partner.

She took an instant dislike to him the minute she met him, never gave him a chance....she hoped that one day her father and i would get back together.

Thats been 6 years now maybe in time she will come round but, i miss her every day.... I lost my mum to cancer and 14 months later my sister to the same thing.

Such a lovely warm poem, written from the heart.

We should all cherish our parents as we do not know when they will be taken from us, when they are it is one of the worse things we can experience, my parents and my wife's were taken a long time ago and we still miss them and still think of things we did not say to them.

Your poem Nanatre is so good it says so much with feeling that I could never have said to either of my mothers, my real and my in law who was as real a mother to me as she could be.
