Just read it... I think it's just fried my brain.... Going to show my OH when he gets home from work...see if he can explain it to me....

Ok my OH came in from work ... I should point out here he is so laid back he could limbo for England .. He read and said .. Another government plan don't worry it will probably be changed again before it ever happens and it's a year away so don't spoil now worrying about when and if... We will come through it. One way or another..
