Good morning folks

I just wanted to say hi and hope you all have a lovely weekend, whatever your plans are.

I'm meeting a friend for coffee where we will make plans for a Halloween party. We like to plan things and we have a great time when we get together. She knows all about my fibromyalgia and can tell when I am getting tired or reached the stage where I have 'had enough'.

I think tomorrow will be a day indoors where I will just do housework or make cakes to take to work on Monday. I may even rest a bit!

Whatever you are all doing I hope you it with a smile and no pain.
