Me too and my Rheumatologist diagnosed it as bursitis. I have had an injection to help with the pain but won't do that again in a hurry. Maybe others have had the injection and it worked for them. Do hope you get some relief from something. :)

yes I have sore hips especially in this weather ... I think us fibro mites are human weather barometers I bet all of you can predict the weather as soon as you wake by the state of your pain... My husband wakes in the morning prods me and says what's the weather like... Sometimes If he wakes me at this point all he gets is a kick... But I am usually right... He jokes I am useful after all.... Just hope he doesn't hang me on the wall one day like a real barometer

I thought it was old age. It is so sore another thing to add to the list it seems never ending. I can find out more on this site's than the surgery. Just found out by having a scan that the awful pain in my right arm is not fibro but an Impingement and an injection which I fear is hopefully gonna sort it fingers and everything else crossed it works.

I've had alot of pain in my hips and the doctor referred me to the hospital. I've had xrays from the top of my spin and an MIR scan of my whole spin. The doctor wanted to check there was nothing else causing my problems and not just fibro. All I'm waiting for now is the results.
