Well, I had a good night and, thanks to Viv, I've adjusted my meds and feel much, much better this morning. I know it may not last but I'm going to pace myself and get things done today, as best I can. Perhaps I'll sleep well again, after doing some physical activity, A walk into town and some housework will keep my weight down too. xxx
