Why do i feel like im going to combust, i need air all the time, feel like im going to suffocate, so bloated, trying so hard to sleep. so fed up .........

hi coops, I'm sorry you feel like that, not sure I can help.

just a few thoughts:-

are you lying flat? maybe prop yourself up a bit, or sit up in a chair and see how you feel.

are you too hot? open a window or switch on a fan, maybe rinse a cloth and put it on the back of your neck, run your wrists under the cold tap.

if you are at all worried call nhs direct.

Fibro affects our internal thermostat, I am always too hot or too cold, never just right. This humid weather has not been helping at all xx
