The sun is out, the sky is blue....

On days like today, when we have glorious weather I hate this condition even more! I overslept this morning and woke up with a migrain, missed work... I have zero energy, and my legs feel like they are about to explode... I am struggling to find something positive to hold on to today. I used to be a competitive cross country runner when I was younger, I ran for our local team and our route in a local park had a very steep, slippy hill just before the last stretch of home run. That hill was a killer! You ran say 3 miles in mud or snow or rain, your breath would be ragged and burning your throat, heart pounding and muscles burning you would be faced with that hill! That is what this condition feels like to me, that bloody hill - you come so far but to get to that easy home straight you have to get up that hill.. so to make things even better I have to go to the dreaded supermarket as we have ran out of everything, I still haven't finished packing and my two cats have decided that they hate each other and spent all night fighting! My fella is here, need him to come shopping with me but he has been working nights and he is currently a snoring (if not loveable) useless lump of man!!

hi your title the sun is out ,took me back to when my mum was alive i lost her in 1979, and leo sayer had that song in the charts we played it at her request when she died, and i am sending you another song title( you are not alone) by michael jackson.by this i mean we are all on here for the same reason fibromyalgia, hope you are feeling better tonight, i use to work in a ladies gym, and was very active before health issues took over, but while the sun is out and the sky is blue life will never be the same but we will learn to live with that to, good times bad times happy or sad i am in morning for the life i once had before FIBROMYALGIA just wanted to try and use some songs in my note to you lol.... tc love soma x
