I was very sorry to hear today that christine else has left the forum completely and will no longer be able to be part of the community as she was deleted from the forum and alot of it is because she was fighting for me and sticking up for me so i feel really bad it was to do with a blog i wrote and got 70 + responses that i am still waiting to have reinstated, as so many members wanted it back and i was mislead in asking if i would like it to be deleted and things just went on and on and now because of that and few other issues our very good friend chris is gone for good
i for one am very very sad at that news as she was such a lovely person and she always gave lovely advice to us all and has helped many of us especiallly when she was a volenteer so i felt you should all know that she wont be on here anymore and i am sure you will all miss her as much as i will
i dont know it seems at the min alot of members are leaving this forum which is a shame so i hope that my blog will be reinstated for you all and perhaps chris will get an apology and decide to come back and it will all go back to how it was. i do hope so as this is a lovely site and i have made some lovely friends and it is nice to talk to people with the same condition

Hi Diddle, I too am saddened to hear that news about Chris. I am writing this comment in support of Chris as I think it is very unfair the way she has been treated although I no longer wish to have a big part in this site. I think support should also go to Lynn13 as she is another person who has disappeared from the site without good cause.
I choose not to be too involved in this site now as I do not like the way the site is run which is very sad as I made some lovely friends on here, you included. It is also sad because these people who are being suspended have given very positive feedback and been very helpful to so many people. The site is the loser at the end of the day.

Hi diddle yes it is a big shame!! i ahve had some private msgs from her too and what a dedicated volunteer she was and a very VALUABLE one with so much help and info on so much . she is a massive help and is there at click of fingers too!

No diddle, it wasn't your fault at all. It's all part of a bigger issue that has been ongoing behind the scenes for some time.
As far as the FibroAction team and HealthUnlocked are concerned, this issue is past and we have been happy to see the community become a positive and supportive place again as it should be.

Diddle.....I love ur posts n I can't imagine what u posted that could've had such an impact.....hopefully Chris will be reinstated because one of the main reasons I love this site is because there in no judgement just feeling....after all....we are all only human x

I am so sorry to see that Christine Els has left the site.
When the site first started she weighed in with so much good advice and was partly the reason I stayed.
I have missed quite a few blogs the last 2-3 weeks because I have a whole load of extra problems myself but I find it difficult to imagine what has been said to cause all this bad feeling.
I shall stay and chip in with advice and help as I have done before but I think it is a sad loss to thi site not to have Christine.
Tried to message Christine els but her names not registered. Have I got it wrong??? People on this site are too poorly to argue. Love all round I say!!!
It is real sad to see Christine gone and others who were here from the beginning.
This is such a good site and I worry for those who have gone.
Sureley they need support? They must be real low. Diddle. Are you able to pass on our care, concern and FaceBook names? I hate to think of the helpful ones being cast out and needing support. My Facebook is Fiona Prothero and I would be happy to add Christine and any other fibro friend to my friends there.
This site can make a real difference. Not just in our lives but in the offices of doctors and specialists who are gaining a much broader picture of the complexities of our lives.
We need to be able to agree to differ within the running of this site if we are to be able to bring up any issue we have. I hope and pray for this site to weather this storm and become stronger for it.

Thanks Diddle. I will pop on here whenever I can to support anyone needing it. I remember too well what the first 5 years were like for me, wishing I were dead and no support or information. You think in the early years that you can never have a life. Funny how we mostly end up having a simular attitude to life and make fun out of most situations we get into. its not just christine hat was banned it was paradise also, we re all ill, we dont need this, why on earth cant we all just have a peaceful existance. I dont know the Middlemass, but I dop know to ban poeple is wrong, that is just my opinion

bless you yes it iswrongbut hopefully they will be reinstated and my blog and few apologies and all will be restored and the members who have contacted me will start to come on here again they do come but dare not or wont write anything i am having problems with the blog it keeps going to members only so someone is hacking into it it wont be hu as they hacveto notify you that they have done this so someone is messing about twth the system i habve emailed tje top men at hu to look into it as it is worrying that people can go on your account and change the settings without your permission or without notifying you so hopefully the troll who is doing this will get caught out and they will restore the settings back i have done it myself a couple of times but after 2 x am worried asidont like things like that on internets when people go into your personal stuff that is a breech isnt it i am hoping now i hav changed it whom ever it is will realise they have been sussed out and go we had a problem few weeks ago with trolls and it was not nice love to you diddle xxxx
