Hi. Did someone put a link on here to information about pain how it develops and how to manage it? I had this article on my iPad and was going to print it off but someone used iPad after me and it's been lost. There was an excellent diagram of three circles explaining pain and the benefits of exercise

Exercise pain management
Hi Jeannie
I don't know about the link but I try and get to Gymaphobics two or three times a week where I do a gentle full body workout. It is only 30 mins and I find the stretching makes me feel good afterwards. I also dog walk for a living so that helps too. I do stiffen up a bit in the evenings once I sit down and relax. My Dr is behind me 100% she says it is good to try and be active when you can or I will stat to seize up. I hope this helps.
Hugs to all xx
hi jeannie, i too exercise and doc agrees, i attend age concern hydrotherapy pool and do gentle stretching and use the gym, but only the gentle stuff. yes it makes me stif but it does help the fatique on a small scale, it also makes you feel uplifted as exercise raises endorphines, and this makes for a feel good factor.if only for a short while tc soma x
