I have had Fibro for the last three and a half year and have found that over time my symptoms have been increasing. Over the last few weeks I have been getting pain in my lower jaw, it can get so sore that I have difficulty eating or talking. My jaw also makes loud clicking sound which has woken me up from a sleep!! Is this another symptom of Fibro??
Gentle hugs to all

I get this and my dentist has referred me for evaluation for TMJ- transmandibular joint syndrome, it could be worth checking with your dentist, he says mine is quite bad, I think it may be a fibro thing too but am not sure,
good luck, Cazx
Many people with Fibromyalgia must also face the pain caused by temporomandibular joint disorder, an illness that affects the muscles and joints in the face. TMJ disorder can cause a variety of uncomfortable symptoms, including nausea, headache, dizziness, and jaw difficulties. About 90% of Fibromyalgia sufferers are thought to experience facial and jaw pain, and a large number of these probably have TMJ disorder. Diagnosis of TMJD can sometimes be difficult, especially for those who already have Fibromyalgia.
