It's now 11.15, I sit here with laptop on knee, Olympics showjumping on tv, (which I REALLY want to watch), but I cannot stay awake!! Grrr!!!

only thing I can do on those days is rest.take care, sandra
I flopped around this morning watching the rowing at the Olympics, felt too tired to shower etc., so waited until midday! Then tidied out a double wardrobe, black bagging what I can't get into any more ready for our house move soon.
We just have to do what we can manage at the time and make sure we get enough rest too!
