I am off to have a bath and hope to ease some of this pain, Slipped over in a paddling pool yesterday enjoying the sun and really hurt my bum and leg lol Did laugh at the time though! Struggling to walk and even sit today!! That will teach me for playing around lol! Need to then go to bed because i am totally exhausted! Ended up having an argument today with a shop assistant, Just was in pain and wound up and snapped! Silly thing to do and regret it so much now, even if i must be honest feel rather stupid and embarrassed, Wish i could tell her now i am sorry and that i currently awaiting an appointment from the psychiatrist and get some help and im actually ill. She was very rude back though which annoyed me even more lol!

Just wanted to say though before i leave that its been lovely reading so many inspiring blogs and seeing so much support in one place! Can't wait to log on tomorrow. Hoping this can now be a release for all my built up emotion and hopefully control my anger! :/
