well here i go am off to be turned down dla at my tribunal, gonna face all the humiliation, all the finger pointing, all the looking down their noses at me, Cant wait!!!!
Infact I am absolutely crapping myself, dont want to go, feel like i am gonna be sentence to prison!!!

Tribunals are a neutral entity provided by the Ministry of Justice - at the last tribunal I went to with my husband, they appeared to be just as p**d off with ATOS/ DWP as the rest of us!!!
The tribunal members are being inundated by the number of appeals reaching them and are therefore are well aware of the poor decision making going on due to ATOS/DWP assessments.
The DWP has twice removed the MoJ video about the appeal system as Chris Grayling didn't like some of the truths that were being told. Truths like by turning up in person at a tribunal you have twice the chance of winning than you do if you go for a paper based appeal. He also didn't seem to like them saying to bring additional evidence to the tribunal as he would rather any new evidence you have goes to the DWP.
