Oh dear i have got up today and every bone and joint in my body aches it is because i have done my daughters bedroom and glossed the little bedroom too and moving studd about i feel like i have been run over by a steam roller but there you go no sympathy it was self inflicted i knew by doing that decorating i would pay for it big time so no sympathy pkease as it was my own silly fault
but ouch ouch it does hurt
today at least i am sitting on reception for my sister so thats all good but only for an hour or so then i can come home and do nothing
