thought i would share anotherstupid episode in my life with you all.
it should be borne in mind that my daughter is lesbian and i am fine with that but sometimes when you are out it can get to you.
my mate and i went for a few drinks at the pub and then stopped at south mimms for a takeaway. her son was there and told us we were too old to be out at that time of night
insensed we decided not to go home as we had about to be going. the very first watering hole we came acrosslyn and i went in. lyn being more agile decided that she wanted to learn to salsa leaving poor me who totally new to uksitting on apub bench with two people.
at this point i should mention that in Zimbabwe you are imprisioned if found to be gay......... so there are millions of closets that are never ever opened.
well i digress.there i sat minding my own business feeling slightly lightheaded. the good looking woman next to me began to chat. such a nice friendly woman her partner was pretty nice too he had lovely blue eyes.
she then said you must come to my place and i said yes i wil do that sometime.madame x as i will call her then handed me her phone number on a piece of paper.
and went to get a drink.
mr x leaned over to me and said so nice to see her back with women she was driving me nuts!!!!
to say i was shocked was the understatement of the year. I not very casually went up to lyn on the dance floor and dragged her to the loo
.but wedont do communtiy loo talks she wailed.
we do now i snarled and slammed the loo door. shut
okay says lyn whats the problem i said that woman is bi (for the rest of the lyndas out there it means bi sexual)
oh really said lyn brightly even for a uk born irish woman.
what is she buying .
we left post haste her son was right at nearly sixty we should have been in bed...
