Does anyone know about pain management courses/programmes in London?

I need to learn about pacing most of all and mindfulness. (Specialising in Fibro flare ups rather than Patients Expert Programme). Thank you.

I know that Surry County Hospital does MBSR as I have spoken with the department - however, it is too far to go, so there must be other hospitals which follow this also. I'm really not interested in CBT and it doesn't suit everyone. I've e.mailed an organisation who should know which other hospitals use MBSR in London, though I realize they are thin on the ground, I'd prefer to attend a suitable course (including pacing). The course you have mentioned does sound very good. I need to find one which suits my own requirements.
