The Spoon Theory is brilliant Loobie! My hubby and family didn't have a clue about Fibromyalgia and how it makes a person feel. I printed out a copy of The Spoon Theory and asked them all to read it - they all understood from that point on and as a family we haven't looked back! I thoroughly recommend you read it yourself and show anyone who questions how we live with Fibro! It's a great read!

my friends love my spoons will i have enough can i save them lol

my one friend works in asda and one day a lady bought a load of spoons and all she could think of was me lol

My sons comment when I'm emptying the dishwasher and put all the spoons back in the cutlery drawer, they ask me how are my spoons! Hubby will say to me if I look tired "not enough spoons today hey!" It's a fantastic way to help people understand how we feel isn't it.
