a lovely short walk

not done much today , just cooked dinner and it was lush (yummy) so i decided to go a short walk with my two dogs just a gentle strolll but enjoyed it for 20 mins . its worth making the effort sometimes xxx

this illness is like the weather we must sometimes depending on our own minds and bodies just push it a little bit and go and enjoy the fresh air.even if its not for long.

i miss having a dog.

i could take our cat for a walk though x

Yes I agree days sometimes are darkerfor us but if we fight and get outside for some fresh air it is so good for us and we get a little exercise.
