Hi everyone my pc is back so am I had a bit of a bad month have now got diebities not spelt that right i know but thats the fog for you on tablets in the hope that it wont progress to insilin injections wish me luck hoping to lose weight as i can not eat any sugar heres to the bad health monster who seems to like living with me
