ladies does anyone get pain down below outside n inside back n front it has been bad today not sure if its a FM symptom but lets face its all muscle down there isnt it .soft hugs Tofty

Hi yes I get pain there to some times it hurts to sit down. I didn't no what to put it down to but I no I'm fed up with it. Sorry not to have been much help xx

Hello Tofty - I haven't experienced the pains you describe nor in the places you mention. However I am not saying they aren't Fibro related as we can all have different pains in different parts of our bodies. However just to make sure the pain you feel is Fibro related, it would be a good idea to speak to your GP to see what they think and of course to rule out anything else. I hope your pain eases soon, take care.

hi tofty, yes i do too i put it down to fibro, but its worth having it checked by gp/nurse as fibro can intensify pain etc from an underlying problem. not that i am suggesting there is, but worth putting your mind at ease and there could some medication to help with the discomfort

I have it exceedingly badly. To be blunt (sorry Gents reading) it feels like there is foreign body lodged there in several places. Was the first place I experienced significant pain. It's called vulvodynia and is very commonly linked with Fibro.

I'd suggest you mention it to your GP/Consultant as they may wish to rule out all other nasties to be sure (I had biopsies taken from outside up as far as inside the uterus - all under a brief GA)
