Over Confident!

Over confident because feeling so much better with the warm weather, what happens, i fell down the stairs! Black and blue toes and bottom, that will teach me! Note to self - still pace and don't go mad when having good days!!!

Sorry you have fallen and hope you heal soon this heat kills me to hot near london humid its very difficult to pace if your enjoying yourself as doesn't

happen all the time with fibro so try not too be to hard on yourself.
