that is so true,I know the feeling only too well.

I pace myself when doing chores,just put dishwasher on and first load of washing,reward is chatting on here for a bit,then do a bit more and then I am off into the sun for a while. The weather is lovely hee today. Have a good day and do not overdo things. x

I have to have so many rests inbetween doing things, that most days nothing gets done. I wish just for one day i didnt have fibro then i could do my house from top to bottom.

I am not doing housework today i am enjoying the sun.
