This morning I had a foggy moment and microwaved my porridge for breakfast. Sat down to eat it and realised I had put the microwave on but left my cold porridge on the worktop. I didn't realise this at the time, I thought it had cooked, couldn't remember taking it out, took a mouthful and it was freezing cold and runny! I hadn't even put the bowl in the microwave, it had cooked empty. I didn't even remember switching the microwave off . . . . thankfully the foggyness cleared and I had a good day! :) :)

Oh dear!

You should see me make a cup of tea first thing in the morning!

I have to really think about what I need...and where it all is...I have been known to be looking in the fridge for a tea spoon!

*shakes head in despair*

I find the worst thing about the 'fog' is that my friends go 'oh yes, I do that too'. then get really impatient with me when I can't remember something they told me last week! I am finding my family and friends reaction to Fibro the hardest thing to deal with. I have been told of someone who went on an exercise regime and is so much better, hmmm, even 'not that old chestnut again' when I have tried to explain why I have done something foolish. At least my husband believes me!

Yep, been there, done that.Washing in,powder in, programme set, leave to do its thing...but it doesnt coz I havent turned it on,lol. Same with the tumble dryer.Clothes in, set dial, walk away, wonder why the clothes are still wet when I take them out, oh guess what? I didnt turn it on.The other day I stood staring into the fridge for a good few minutes...not a clue what I was looking for. Haha, you've got to laugh, havent you??!!!!!
