hi allan glad you had a lovely weekend it is a shame we enjoy ourselves but at the back of our minds we know we are going to pay for it

well it is raining here at the min and i gotta go out great but least now i got my little blue badge i can park right outside the hairdressers so thats good at least and i am havng a achey stumbly day i am sure my neighbours think i am drunk lol they must do when i go stumbling along lol they must say there she goes again look drunk in charge of her litttle dog ha ha if only they knew ???!!!

Its so hard when enjoying yourself you just know its going to hurt the next day. You get plenty of rest and i hope it doesnt last too long.
