It's good to have someone to talk to, been sleeping constantly for weeks, think its more than CFS/FM will see how it goes, been totally selfish and giving into to what my body says, need the break, can only push so far, funny thing is I've not had the pain as much, fingers tight but just sooooo exhausted.

when i first went down with ME i slept 13 hours a day and when i woke up i only had the energy to get down stairs to the living room, where i would have to lay down again. did not have the strength to eat or anything, my sister had to move in for a while to help and she has FMS. now i can motivate myself for about 4 hours during the whole day. just take things slowly
Hi me love I have just slept for 48 hours only getting up to pee I feel a lot better for it but now I am awake I am not doing much at all Just waiting till I have Hydro Therapy tommorrow morning then hope full I can start to tidy up my home never feel bad about sleeping it healing in its own way, best wishes to you x x x
